Sautéed Noodles with Walnuts Recipe

Ingredients to make Stir-fried noodles with walnuts:

  1. 250-300 grams of noodles.
  2. 16 shelled walnuts.
  3. 1 clove garlic.
  4. A few sprigs of parsley.
  5. 6 tablespoons of olive oil.
  6. Ground white pepper.

How to make Stir-Fried Noodles with Walnuts:

  • We heat a casserole with water and a jet of oil.
  • When it starts to boil, add a little salt and the noodles, letting them cook for 8 minutes.
  • Drain the noodles and cool them under running cold water, drain them and reserve them lightly smeared with olive oil.
  • In a frying pan, lightly brown the garlic clove with a few tablespoons of olive oil together with the peeled walnuts.
  • When the oil is hot, add the noodles, stir everything and, when removing from the pan, sprinkle with a little chopped parsley and a pinch of white pepper.
  • We serve hot.
