How to make Stir-Fried Noodles with Walnuts:
- We heat a casserole with water and a jet of oil.
- When it starts to boil, add a little salt and the noodles, letting them cook for 8 minutes.
- Drain the noodles and cool them under running cold water, drain them and reserve them lightly smeared with olive oil.
- In a frying pan, lightly brown the garlic clove with a few tablespoons of olive oil together with the peeled walnuts.
- When the oil is hot, add the noodles, stir everything and, when removing from the pan, sprinkle with a little chopped parsley and a pinch of white pepper.
- We serve hot.
