Sautéed Noodles with Vegetables and Minced Meat Recipe

Ingredients to make sautéed noodles with vegetables and minced meat:

  1. 1 pinch of Pepper
  2. ½ package of normal noodles (about 250 g)
  3. 1 large zucchini unit
  4. ½ kilogram of Carrots
  5. 1 unit of onion
  6. 1 unit of large red pepper
  7. 1 vegetable broth cube
  8. 1 pinch of salt
  9. 80 grams of minced beef
  10. 100 grams of natural tomato puree
  11. 25 grams of vegetable margarine

How to make Stir-fried noodles with vegetables and minced meat:

  • Cut the vegetables into long strips, rather thick.
  • We heat oil on a live fire.
  • We throw in the carrots.
  • A minute later, the pepper.
  • When they start to brown, add the onion.
  • Finally, we toss in the zucchini.
  • When everything is golden, add a splash of soy sauce and stir.
  • It is important that the vegetables remain a little hard.
  • In another frying pan, we heat the vegetable margarine in a frying pan and fry the minced meat in the fat.
  • Add the tomato to the pan and add a little salt and pepper
  • Let cook over very slow heat.
  • In a saucepan with boiling water, add the stock cube and the noodles.
  • After the time indicated on the package, drain them and soak them in cold water so that they stop cooking.
  • We mix the vegetables with the noodles over high heat in the vegetable casserole, adding soy sauce abundantly.

Season to taste, mix with the meat sauce and serve immediately.

It is very tasty, accompanied with grated Parmesan cheese, which we will have to present separately.
