Sautéed mushrooms with white wine recipe

This recipe goes well to accompany a main dish such as a steak, entrecote or sirloin. It’s quick and easy to make, plus delicious! Follow these simple steps that we show you and learn how to prepare mushrooms in white wine.

Ingredients to make Sautéed Mushrooms with White Wine:

  • 1 kilogram of mushrooms
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 2 tablespoons of hot paprika
  • 2 tablespoons sweet paprika

How to make White Wine Sautéed Mushrooms:

1.To begin with, we will wash the mushrooms and cut them very finely. Then we will put them in the pan with a little oil and let them cook.

2.When they are half done, with a wooden spoon we stir so that they do not burn. Then, we add the glass of white wine , stir it and add the two tablespoons of hot paprika, sweet paprika and a little garlic (to taste).

3.Once the mushrooms are cooked in white wine, remove them from the heat and place them in a deep plate. And ready! We can now serve them with the meat or fish that we like the most.
