  • 400 grams of Mushrooms
  • ½ cup of olive oil
  • ½ cup Cilantro
  • ¼ onion unit
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 unit of jalapeño pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt and black pepper

How to make Sautéed Mushrooms with Cilantro:

To start with this recipe for sautéed mushrooms, the first thing to do is to prepare the ingredients. To do this, wash everything and finely cut the vegetables, you can cut the mushrooms into squares or slices. With the material ready, put a large skillet with the oil and heat over moderate heat. Sauté the onion, cilantro and garlic for 3 minutes.

Next, add the jalapeño pepper and stir. Then add the mushrooms and sauté them together with a pinch of salt and black pepper. The jalapeno pepper is an optional ingredient, if you don’t like it spicy you can remove it from the recipe. Sauté everything for about 10 minutes and serve the sautéed mushrooms with cilantro in a salad bowl with some crackers or corn tortillas.
