Sautéed Chickpeas with Bacon Recipe

Ingredients to make Sauteed Chickpeas with Bacon:

  • 800 grams of cooked chickpeas
  • 1 spring onion
  • 3 firm, ripe tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 80cc Of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 grams diced bacon

How to make Sautéed Chickpeas with Bacon:

1.In a little olive oil, sauté the minced garlic cloves, and the very finely chopped spring onion and a handful of chopped fresh rosemary leaves.

2.Then add the bacon cut into cubes and when it is already sautéed, add the chopped tomatoes (without skin or seeds) and continue sautéing.

3.When the tomato is almost done, add the chickpeas and finish frying everything together, leaving the chickpeas with a thick sauce.

4.They are removed and served sprinkled with a little rosemary.
