Sautéed Chickpeas Recipe

Ingredients to make Sautéed Chickpeas:

  • 500 grams of cooked chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 150ml lemon juice
  • 150ml orange juice
  • 1 unit of purple onion cut into squares
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • salt mix
  • Pepper

How to make Sautéed Chickpeas:

1.Prelist all the ingredients.

2.In a medium skillet add a little vegetable oil, add the chickpeas and sauté them for ten minutes.

3.Remove the chickpeas and reserve them, add the onion and parsley. Sauté until the onion is transparent. Add a little paprika, salt and pepper to taste.

4.Add the chickpeas again to the previous step and fry them for 5 to 10 minutes. Add the orange and lemon juice. Leave to keep for ten more minutes and turn off the heat.

5.Serve and enjoy as a side.
