Sautéed Cauliflower with Ham Recipe

Cauliflower can not only be eaten in batter or baked with béchamel. I share my recipe for sautéed cauliflower with ham that is prepared in the blink of an eye and is delicious. Eating healthy, varied and rich couldn’t be easier.

Ingredients to make Sautéed Cauliflower with Ham:

  • 500 grams of cauliflower
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 150 grams of Serrano ham
  • 1 teaspoon smoked sweet paprika
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil

How to make Sautéed Cauliflower with Ham:

  1. We start by dividing the cauliflower into bouquets.
  2.  We put it on the fire in a pot covered with water and let it boil until it is soft but not excessively done. We drain and reserve.
  3. Meanwhile, we peel and cut the garlic into thick slices and the Serrano ham into cubes.
  4. In a frying pan we put a jet of olive oil and when it is hot we add the garlic. We fry them until golden. We take out and reserve.
  5. Put a tablespoon of sweet paprika in the oil where we have fried the garlic, sauté carefully so that it does not burn, and add the boiled and drained cauliflower.
  6. Sauté for a few minutes, add the fried garlic and the diced ham, season with salt and keep on the heat for another five to 10 minutes.
  7. All that remains is to serve the sautéed cauliflower with ham and enjoy!
