  • 350 grams of Brussels sprouts
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Water with salt
  • 90 grams of ham cubes
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

How to make Sautéed Brussels Sprouts with Ham:

  1. The first step to prepare this rich recipe with Brussels sprouts is to heat plenty of salted water.
  2. Also add the bay leaf and let it boil, then add the washed sprouts and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Then drain and reserve.
  4. Separately, heat a pan large enough and sauté the ham cubes with a few drops of oil until golden brown.
  5. If you prefer you can also add a little bacon.
