Sautéed Asparagus Recipe

  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 50 grams of Serrano ham in pieces

How to make Sauteed Asparagus:

To prepare the sautéed asparagus, cut off the asparagus tips, the toughest part. Now, wash them and cut the tenderest part. Cut the rest into pieces.

Place a frying pan with a little oil and sauté the asparagus tips for 5 minutes. Take them out and save them.

Asparagus tips are usually cooked at different times than the other parts. Therefore, this way you will ensure that your sautéed asparagus is evenly cooked.
