Sauce Recipe with Seafood for Noodles

Ingredients to make Sauce with seafood for noodles:

  1. 1 kg homemade egg noodle noodles
  2. 4 green onion plants
  3. 1 bread of butter
  4. 7 garlic cloves
  5. 400 gr of seafood to taste
  6. 400 grams of milk cream
  7. paprika, salt and pepper

How to make Sauce with seafood for noodles:

  • Sauté the green onion in half a pan of butter, when they are golden, reserve. In another frying pan, fry 4 whole garlic cloves in the other half a pan of butter. When they are browned, add the remaining 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped, immediately add the seafood, the reserved green onion and after 2 minute the cream. Leave 5 more minutes; add salt, pepper to taste and sprinkle paprika without stirring. Then pour over the egg noodles that you had already boiled and strained.
