How to make Sardine Rice – Cordoba Recipe:
- Chop the onion and julienne the paprika and in the container where we are going to make the rice with sardines, add the two teaspoons of oil and fry the onion and paprika for 3 minutes over medium heat.
- We open the can of sardines, we remove the bones if it comes, and we add the juice that the sardine brings where the onion and paprika are.
