Ingredients to make “seasoned” melva sandwich:
- 1 Valenciana (piece of bread)
- 1 small can of melva (if not mackerel)
- 1 firm tomato
- Onion
- Roasted peppers
- Oil
- Vinegar
- Salt
- Mayonnaise
How to make “seasoned” melva sandwich:
We dress (as if it were for a salad) the roasted peppers with the onion, salt, oil and vinegar and reserve in the refrigerator.
We open the bread in two halves and place the melva on one of them, together with the tomato cut into slices.
We distribute the dressing on the melva and tomato and spread the other half of the bread with mayonnaise. We cover and eat.
