Ingredients to make dizzy sancocho:

  • 3k carrots
  • 1k fine sugar
  • rice
  • Parsley

How to make dizzy sancocho:

  1. We start with taking the thin mold that has a thick texture on the sides, when you have removed the mold you start to make the dough.
  2. To make the dough you need: 3k of carrots and you chop them into pieces, 1k of fine sugar (not the coarse one) if you don’t want to lose your teeth, 1 bunch of strong green parsley so that the sancocho takes on its proper color.
  3. When you do all these steps, grab the bucket for scrubbing the floors and make the dough right there, then when it is ready, you put it in the microwave and leave it for about 1 hour.
  4. When you have left it for 1 hour you just have to take it out and put it in the deep plate.
  5. Then you put a handful of fine rice, that is rice (Rocio) or the (Cigala) otherwise the sancocho is lost.
