San Francisco (Non-Alcoholic Cocktail)

FoodsDiary By FoodsDiary

Ingredients to make San Francisco (non-alcoholic cocktail):

  1. 1 part orange juice
  2. 1 part peach juice
  3. 1 part pineapple juice
  4. 1 teaspoon grenadine
  5. Sugar (to decorate)
  6. Grenadine (to decorate)
  7. A slice of orange (to decorate)
  8. A cherry (to decorate)

How to make San Francisco (Mock tail):

  • We take the cocktail shaker, fill it up to half with ice cubes, add the juices, which depending on the capacity of the glass that we use, we will add juice, but the important thing is the proportion.
  • Tip: If you are going to use a Collins glass, I recommend 8 cl of each juice.
  • Shake well for 30 seconds.
  • Put the sugar in a small plate and the grenadine in another small plate, and pass the edge of the glass first through the grenadine and then through the sugar, so that the edge of the glass is frosted with the grenadine and sugar
  • In the previously frosted Collins glass (or another type of glass if you don’t have one), add the mix from the shaker, add the teaspoon of grenadine quickly so that it goes to the bottom and forms a color gradient effect.
  • Cut a triangular fraction of the orange slice and stick it to the edge of the glass of San Francisco without alcohol, put a straw on it and place the icing on the straw, passing it through the hole and pushing it a little.
  • Enjoy your San Francisco, an exquisite non-alcoholic fruit cocktail.
