Salvadoran Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients to make Salvadoran Spaghetti:

  1. 1 pound of cooked spaghetti
  2. 1/2 tablespoon butter or margarine
  3. 1/2 chopped onion
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/4 of pepper Basil leaves (to your liking)
  6. 2 cups of spinach boiled and chopped
  7. 3/4 cup cream

How to make Salvadoran Spaghetti:

  • Sauté the onion in the margarine with the basil leaves.
  • Apart, grind the spinach with the cream and season with salt and pepper: add this mass to the fried onion.
  • Cook over low heat.
  • Drain the spaghetti and empty it on a plate.
  • Drizzle with sauce and serve.
