In this case it is a roll of green salted pionono with spinach, which is stuffed with mayonnaise, ham and cheese. Sounds delicious right? Well, prepare it and you will check its irresistible flavor.

Ingredients to make salty pionono roll:

  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 1 finely chopped small onion
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 6 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 dessert spoon of royal type yeast
  • Mayonnaise to taste

How to make Salted Pionono Wrap:

The first step to prepare this salty pionono roll is to wash and boil the spinach. Skip the onion in butter and add the finely chopped spinach, stir everything together and remove.

Beat the eggs well with salt and pepper until they are foamy. Then incorporate cornstarch, flour and Royal sifted together, then add the vegetables and gently mix all the preparation.  Place the salty pionono dough in the roasting pan with greased or oiled and floured paper.

Cook the salty pionono dough in a hot oven until golden brown. Fill with a mixture of mayonnaise, ham and cheese. Garnish the green salty pionono roll to taste and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
