- A freshly toasted slice of bread
- a salted anchovy from the Cantabrian Sea
- a small piece of hot chili
- a few strips of green pepper

- Sauté green pepper strips in oil and then let them marinate in white wine with a little garlic.
- On the freshly toasted bread, place the hot chili pepper, the anchovy and the green peppers.
