Salted Anchovy Montadito Recipe

Ingredients to make Salted Anchovy Montadito:

  • A freshly toasted slice of bread
  • a salted anchovy from the Cantabrian Sea
  • a small piece of hot chili
  • a few strips of green pepper

How to make Salted Anchovy Montadito:

  1. Sauté green pepper strips in oil and then let them marinate in white wine with a little garlic.
  2. On the freshly toasted bread, place the hot chili pepper, the anchovy and the green peppers.
