Salmon with spinach sauce recipe

Ingredients to make Salmon with spinach sauce:

  • 300 grams of Salmon
  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 100 milliliters of Cream of milk (½ cup)
  • 1 unit of white onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 30 milliliters of sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Salmon with spinach sauce:

  1. Before making this salmon recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  2. In a pan with oil, fry the finely chopped garlic and onion with a pinch of salt for a few minutes until the onion is transparent.
  3. In a pot with boiling water and salt, add the spinach and cook for 6 minutes, until it reduces in size.
  4. It is time to blend the spinach, onion and garlic with a little vegetable broth or water, until you get a homogeneous and smooth mixture.
  5. Add the spinach sauce to the pot and cook for 5 more minutes, add the milk cream, salt and pepper to rectify the flavor.
  6. In another pan with a little oil, cook the previously seasoned salmon fillets on both sides for 3 minutes.
