Ingredients to make Pepper Salmon with Vegetables:

  • 4 slices of fresh salmon
  • 600 grams of mixed cooked vegetables
  • 200 grams of cooked vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon ground and ground peppercorns
  • 70 milliliters of Brandy
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 60 milliliters of Oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Butter

How to make Pepper Salmon with Vegetables:

  1. Put the grill on the fire and when it is very hot add the salt and the oil (on the grill), then place the salmon slices and brown them.
  2. Drain the vegetables well and in a frying pan add half the butter and sauté the vegetables, seasoning to taste.
  3. 5 minutes will be enough.
  4. To make the sauce, put the rest of the butter in a pan and add the peppercorns, stir a little and add the brandy, flame and add the cream, a little salt and ground pepper to taste.
  5. Let it reduce and plate: a little sauce on the bottom of the plate, on top the slice of salmon and next to the vegetables.
