Ingredients to make Salmon with cilantro:

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup of Cilantro chopped
  • 4 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 1 unit of Lemon (juice)
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
  • 2 pounds of salmon with skin
  • 1 unit of Tomato (in cubes)

How to make Salmon with coriander:

  1. To prepare this delicious and healthy salmon recipe, the first thing you should do is preheat the oven to 400ºF, which is equivalent to about 200ºC.
  2. Crush the garlic together with the cilantro, half the oil, the lemon and season with salt and pepper. To make the cilantro dressing you can help with a chopstick, a blender or any kitchen robot you have at home.
  3. Grease a refractory mold with the rest of the oil and place the salmon skin side down. Bathe the fish with the cilantro sauce, the tomato and a pinch more of salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. It is not necessary to cover the mould.
  5. Serve the coriander salmon with curried broccoli or pair it with a side of steamed vegetables for a light dinner.
