Ingredients to make Salmon Tartare with Avocado and Mango:

  • ½ kilogram of Fresh Salmon
  • 2 avocado
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Handle
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

How to make Salmon Tartare with Avocado and Mango:

  2. To begin, we take the salmon, clean it perfectly, removing the skin completely, and cut it into small cubes of approximately 1 centimeter on each side.
  3. On the other hand, we peel and finely chop the onion
  4. To marinate the salmon for our tartare, in a deep bowl we mix the diced salmon, the chopped onion, and bathe with the lemon juice, mustard, soy sauce and olive oil. We mix everything very well.
  5. We cover the bowl with a bit of plastic wrap, covering everything hermetically and reserve it so that the fish is made with the citrus fruits of the mixture. Let rest in the fridge for an hour.
  6. Meanwhile, we work on the sides for the salmon. So, we take the avocado and the mango and chop them into small cubes the same size as the salmon, approximately 1 centimeter on each side, and reserve them for a moment.
  7. To finish, and after the time for the fish to rest, we remove it from the refrigerator and mix the marinated salmon with the avocado and mango.
