Salmon Tartare and Cream Cheese Recipe

Ingredients to make Salmon and Cream Cheese Tartare:

  • 200 gr salmon
  • 2 lemons
  • 100 g olive oil
  • 100 gr fresh coriander 50 gr cream cheese
  • French bread

How to make Salmon and Cream Cheese Tartare:

  1. List all the ingredients
  2. Cut the salmon into very small squares, place in a deep plate.
  3. Chop the coriander and add it to the salmon.
  4. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Serve on French bread with a little cream cheese, taste.
