Ingredients to make Salmon in cream:
- salmon fillets
- 1 zucchini
- oil

How to make Salmon in cream:
- Ask the fishmonger to prepare the SALMON in clean fillets of skin and bones.
- Chop ONE SMALL ZUCCHINI and cook over low heat with a drizzle of OIL.
- Add a splash of BRANDY and let it cook so that it loses its alcohol while the zucchini finishes cooking.
- Pour 400 ml of LIQUID CREAM and let everything cook together, SALPIMENTAR to taste.
- We already have the finished sauce.
- If we feel like it, while cooking the cream we can enrich the recipe with a handful of peeled prawns.
- While the sauce is being made, we place the salmon fillets in a baking dish at 200ºC for about 10 minutes.
- The baking is finished by adding the sauce to the salmon for a few minutes.
- Ready to eat.
