Salmon recipe with cream

Ingredients to make Salmon in cream:

  • salmon fillets
  • 1 zucchini
  • oil
  • salted
  • Pepper

How to make Salmon in cream:

  1. Ask the fishmonger to prepare the SALMON in clean fillets of skin and bones.
  2. Chop ONE SMALL ZUCCHINI and cook over low heat with a drizzle of OIL.
  3. Add a splash of BRANDY and let it cook so that it loses its alcohol while the zucchini finishes cooking.
  4. Pour 400 ml of LIQUID CREAM and let everything cook together, SALPIMENTAR to taste.
  5. We already have the finished sauce.
  6. If we feel like it, while cooking the cream we can enrich the recipe with a handful of peeled prawns.
  7. While the sauce is being made, we place the salmon fillets in a baking dish at 200ºC for about 10 minutes.
  8. The baking is finished by adding the sauce to the salmon for a few minutes.
  9. Ready to eat.
