In this recipe we are going to make a different garnish, ideal for those children who like to eat their food in an original and fun way. It is a delicious salmon puree, so let’s see the step by step of the recipe and its ingredients.
Ingredients to make Salmon Puree:
- 2 fresh salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 cup of pureed spinach
- 1 teaspoon of black sauce
- 1 unit of Lemons
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 1 pinch of garlic paste
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
How to make Salmon Puree:
- Our first step to make the salmon puree recipe is to prepare the ingredients.
- Bring a frying pan over medium heat with a little olive oil; add the two salmon fillets with salt, black pepper and garlic paste to taste. She browns the salmon on both sides.
- Once the steak is browned, add the lemon juice to the pan along with the black sauce and oregano. Let cook for 2 more minutes and turn off the heat.
- In a food processor add the salmon without the skin. Process until you gets a puree.
- Now add the spinach puree and process again.
- Finally, to make our preparation a little creamier, add the mashed potatoes and the cream cheese. These ingredients will give an additional touch to our recipe. Process again until you gets a creamy texture.
- With the help of a mold with some fun shape for children, add the salmon puree to shape it. If you want you can fry the salmon skin and decorate it with a little Parmesan cheese on top, this will give a crunchy touch to the presentation of the salmon puree.
