In this recipe we are going to make a different garnish, ideal for those children who like to eat their food in an original and fun way. It is a delicious salmon puree, so let’s see the step by step of the recipe and its ingredients.

Ingredients to make Salmon Puree:

  • 2 fresh salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 cup of pureed spinach
  • 1 teaspoon of black sauce
  • 1 unit of Lemons
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

How to make Salmon Puree:

  1. Our first step to make the salmon puree recipe is to prepare the ingredients.
  2. Bring a frying pan over medium heat with a little olive oil; add the two salmon fillets with salt, black pepper and garlic paste to taste. She browns the salmon on both sides.
  3. Once the steak is browned, add the lemon juice to the pan along with the black sauce and oregano. Let cook for 2 more minutes and turn off the heat.
  4. In a food processor add the salmon without the skin. Process until you gets a puree.
  5. Now add the spinach puree and process again.
  6. Finally, to make our preparation a little creamier, add the mashed potatoes and the cream cheese. These ingredients will give an additional touch to our recipe. Process again until you gets a creamy texture.
  7. With the help of a mold with some fun shape for children, add the salmon puree to shape it. If you want you can fry the salmon skin and decorate it with a little Parmesan cheese on top, this will give a crunchy touch to the presentation of the salmon puree.
