Salmon pudding recipe

Ingredients to make Salmon Pudding:

  • 400g of salmon
  • 12 frozen peeled prawns
  • some fried tomato
  • two eggs
  • half an onion
  • Margarine
  • bread crumbs
  • mayonnaise sauce
  • A small can of red bell peppers
  • A small can of olives
  • oil
  • salted

How to make Salmon Pudding:

  1. Clean the salmon from bones and skin and cook it in the microwave along with the prawns.
  2. Meanwhile brown the onion.
  3. Pre-eat the oven.
  4. Separate the whites from the yolks and raise the whites, with a little salt, about to snow. He chops the shrimp with a knife.
  5. Pass the cooked fish through the food processor and add it to the fried onion, stirring, together with a little fried tomato, the chopped prawns, the egg yolks (because I don’t want to throw them away) and salt.
  6. Remove the fish mass from the heat and carefully add the egg white, little by little, stirring.
  7. Grease a mold with margarine and breadcrumbs, place the fish and put it in the oven for about twenty minutes, so that the white is curdled, until when you insert a knife and remove it, the mass that remains adhered looks dry.
  8. Unmold the pudding, cover it with mayonnaise and decorate with the red pepper in strips and the olives cut in two.
