Ingredients to make Salmon Pasta Salad:

• 150 grams of short pasta

• 100 grams of smoked salmon

• 1 unit of Broccoli

• 1 handful of fresh basil

• 1 jet of oil

• 1 pinch of salt and pepper

• 1 pinch of Herbs de Provence

How to make Salmon Pasta Salad:

Preparing this cold pasta salad is very simple. First of all, get the ingredients ready. As it is a light salad, we will only dress it with oil and herbs, so it would be ideal to have Provencal herb oil.

Tip: To make flavored oils you just have to store the oil in a glass bottle with the herbs you want inside.

To cook the pasta, use boiling salted water and a splash of oil. Check the cooking time in the manufacturer’s instructions. In a separate pot, also with boiling water, cook the broccoli. Remember that you must introduce the broccoli in the water once it breaks the boil and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
