Ingredients to make Salmon Lasagna:

  1. 400 grams of fresh salmon.
  2. 12 sheets of fresh pasta for lasagna.
  3. 50 grams of butter.
  4. 15 studs.
  5. 10 deciliter of white wine.
  6. 50 grams of onion.
  7. 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
  8. 100 grams of sheep cheese.

How to make Salmon Lasagna:

  • Cook the pasta sheets in boiling salted water and once cooked reserve in cold water.
  • In a casserole we put the butter with a little oil and the finely chopped onion.
  • Then add the diced asparagus.
  • Once sautéed, add the cream, season and sauté everything.
  • When it is ready, we put this béchamel with asparagus on the pasta plates together with the salmon.
  • We cover with another plate, grate cheese on top and put in the oven for about twenty minutes until it is gratin.
  • We served hot.
