Ingredients to make Salmon Lasagna:

- 12 sheets of fresh pasta for lasagna.

How to make Salmon Lasagna:
- Cook the pasta sheets in boiling salted water and once cooked reserve in cold water.
- In a casserole we put the butter with a little oil and the finely chopped onion.
- Then add the diced asparagus.
- Once sautéed, add the cream, season and sauté everything.
- When it is ready, we put this béchamel with asparagus on the pasta plates together with the salmon.
- We cover with another plate, grate cheese on top and put in the oven for about twenty minutes until it is gratin.
