Salmon in green sauce recipe

Ingredients to make Salmon in green sauce:

  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch of fresh parsley
  • 1 small glass of white wine
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 1 small glass of water
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 300 grams of fresh salmon
  • 1 egg

How to make Salmon in green sauce:

  1. Cut the salmon into rectangular loins. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and sear the fish for a few seconds on each side. Save it for later.
  2. In the same pot, add the chopped onion and cook it for a few minutes until it starts to brown. Then add the laminated garlic and cook it for 1 minute.
  3. Add a tablespoon of wheat flour and cook it for a few minutes to prevent the salmon in green sauce from tasting like raw flour.
  4. Pour in the white wine and stir very well so that it integrates with the flour. Cook for a few seconds so that the alcohol evaporates and add the glass of water. Keep stirring well and you will notice that the sauce begins to thicken. If necessary, add a little more water. Season to taste.
