Salmon in almond sauce recipe

Ingredients to make salmon in almond sauce:

  • A loin of salmon cut into pieces, skinless and boneless
  • almonds
  • salted
  • sesame
  • onion
  • leek
  • garlic
  • Pepper
  • tarragon

How to make salmon in almond sauce:

  1. Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper;
  2. add a little sesame and tarragon.
  3. Sauté the garlic, onion and leek, then add the almonds and once 5 minutes have passed everything is crushed.
  4. Pass the salmon to the griddle on both sides to seal and once the sauce has thickened, add the pieces of salmon and leave for another 5 minutes.
  5. It can be accompanied with boiled potatoes and carrots.
