Salmon fillet in saffron sauce recipe

Ingredients to make Salmon fillet in saffron sauce:

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • butter
  • salted
  • Pepper
  • 1 pinch of saffron
  • 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
  • garlic to taste
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
  • 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of cream
  • a few drops of lemon

How to make Salmon Fillet in Saffron Sauce:

  1. In a pan over the heat put the butter, salmon, salt and pepper.
  2. When the butter is completely melted add the pinch of saffron, onion, garlic, wine, tomato puree, cream and a few drops of lemon.
  3. Cover and let cook for 10 to 15 minutes over low heat.
