Salmon Escalopes Recipe

Ingredients to make Salmon Escalopes:

  • 4 portions:
  • 500 gr. of salmon escalopes in 4 pieces
  • 800 gr. of spinach
  • The pulp of two tomatoes
  • 1/2 tablespoon of coarse salt
  • For the willow:
  • 1/2 dl. dry white wine
  • 2 dl. liquid cream
  • 100 gr. butter (fresh from the fridge)
  • salted

How to make Salmon Escalopes:

  1. Sauté spinach in a nonstick skillet.
  2. To Salt.
  3. Prepare 4 hot dishes.
  4. Salt the salmon escalopes (with the coarse salt) and cook them in the non-stick pan without any fat.
  5. Cook about 4 minutes per side.
  6. Boil the white wine and cream for 30 seconds.
  7. Then add the butter in hard pieces.
  8. Arrange the salmon scallops on the spinach and surround the whole of the sauce and the pulp of the tomatoes.
  9. Dot the fresh basilisk salmon and serve.
