Salmon and tuna sushi recipe

Ingredients to make salmon and tuna sushi:

  • 400 grams of bomba rice.
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  • 200 grams of salmon.
  • 200 grams of tuna.
  • 4 plates of nori seaweed.
  • Wasabi (horseradish paste).
  • 1 pickle.
  • I am willow.
  • 1 little marinated ginger.

How to make Salmon and Tuna Sushi:

  1. Cook the rice in boiling salted water for 18 minutes and drain.
  2. Once the rice has cooled, mix with the soy sauce.
  3. We place the sheets of nori seaweed on a bamboo mat or on waxed paper or plastic wrap on a flat surface.
  4. We distribute the rice leaving a strip of about 2 centimeters around it.
  5. We spread a small amount of wasabi in the center of the rice.
  6. Place the pickle and the raw fish cut into strips on top of the wasabi.
  7. We roll up the nori tightly.
  8. Cut the roll with a sharp knife dipped in water into slices 2 centimeters thick.
  9. We serve accompanied by soy sauce, wasabi and marinated ginger.
