Ingredients to make salmon and tuna sushi:
- 400 grams of bomba rice.
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- 200 grams of salmon.
- 200 grams of tuna.
- 4 plates of nori seaweed.
- Wasabi (horseradish paste).
- 1 pickle.
- I am willow.
- 1 little marinated ginger.
How to make Salmon and Tuna Sushi:
- Cook the rice in boiling salted water for 18 minutes and drain.
- Once the rice has cooled, mix with the soy sauce.
- We place the sheets of nori seaweed on a bamboo mat or on waxed paper or plastic wrap on a flat surface.
- We distribute the rice leaving a strip of about 2 centimeters around it.
- We spread a small amount of wasabi in the center of the rice.
- Place the pickle and the raw fish cut into strips on top of the wasabi.
- We roll up the nori tightly.
- Cut the roll with a sharp knife dipped in water into slices 2 centimeters thick.
- We serve accompanied by soy sauce, wasabi and marinated ginger.
