- 2 salmon fillets
- 12 units of Prawns
- 1 apple unit

- 1 handful of fresh chives
How to make Salmon and Prawn Skewers:
We gather all the ingredients to prepare the salmon and shrimp skewers. We start by preparing the balsamic vinegar reduction. Let’s cut the salmon and the apple into small cubes. To do this, we have peeled the apple and removed the part of the salmon skin. Sauté the apple, with a little butter, in a pan until golden brown. We take out and reserve. On the other hand, we peel the prawns. If you want, you can keep the heads to make a fish stock. In a frying pan or griddle, cook the salmon for 2 minutes on each side. We salt and pepper
In the same pan, put a little oil or butter and sauté the prawns with a little salt. We take out and reserve.
Assemble the fish skewers with bamboo skewers, placing a shrimp, a piece of apple and a piece of salmon consecutively, until complete.
