Salmon and prawn delight recipe with zucchini cream

Ingredients to make delicious salmon and prawns with zucchini cream:

  • salmon loin
  • 300 grams of prawns.

  • two cloves of garlic

How to make salmon and prawn delights with zucchini cream:

  1. Make small fillets and form rolls stuffed with prawns once peeled, salt and pepper them afterwards, bake at 180º for 5 minutes. For the zucchini cream, we will peel and chop the zucchini, onion, potato, garlic and cook them in a pot with water for 20 minutes, then drain the vegetables, crushing them, then add a splash of oil and season to taste.
  2. To serve: We will serve 2 rolls per person on a zucchini cream base.
