For salmon lovers, in this recipe we bring a different option to consume it, on a pizza! Yes, you read it right. And to make it even more complete, we will add a little arugula. Keep reading and discover how to make this salmon and arugula pizza.

Ingredients to make Salmon and Arugula Pizza:

  1. 5 units of pizza dough
  2. 200 grams of smoked salmon
  3. 1 glass of base sauce for pizza
  4. 300 grams of mozzarella cheese
  5. 1 bunch of arugula
  6. 1 handful of oregano

How to make Salmon and Arugula Pizza:

  • The first step to make the smoked salmon pizza recipe is to prepare the ingredients.
  • On a baking sheet, add the fresh pizza dough, distribute the pizza sauce and a little oregano on each one. I have chosen to make individual pizzas, but remember that you can prepare a single one and cut it into portions when it is done.
  • Add the grated mozzarella cheese and take the pizzas to the oven until melted.
  • Remove the pizza bases from the oven.
  • Add one or two arugula leaves on each of the pizzas and add three slices of smoked salmon, sprinkle fresh sesame seeds on top and voila! This salmon pizza is really quick and easy to make, ideal to serve as an appetizer for your diners or a light dinner. Bon Appetite!
