Salad with smoked salmon and fresh cheese

Smoked salmon is a very versatile product that allows us to prepare many dishes, both hot and cold. Ingredients to make Smoked salmon and fresh cheese salad:

• 1 romaine lettuce

• 1 small can of sweet corn

• 2 oranges

• 60 grams of pitted black olives

• 100 grams of smoked salmon

• 1 Burgos type fresh cheese

• 1 handful of fried onion

• 1 pinch of salt

• 1 pinch of minced garlic

• 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil

• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar of Modena

How to make Smoked Salmon and Fresh Cheese Salad:

We start by cutting and washing the lettuce. Peel the oranges and cut them into cubes. We put them in a bowl. Drain the corn and add it together with the oranges.

Trick: We can drain the lettuce with a colander if we don’t have a centrifuge.

Add the olives and drained lettuce. Dress with salt, ground garlic, olive oil and balsamic vinegar of Modena. We stir very well to mix dressings and ingredients. Let rest. Meanwhile, we cut the Burgos cheese into cubes and the smoked salmon into strips.
