The salad with feta cheese that we will make with this quick and easy recipe is an original summer salad, easy and very quick to make, ideal for the hottest days.

Plus, this fresh salad is made with easy-to-find ingredients that anyone can have at home, so you have no excuse not to try it.

Ingredients to make Feta Cheese Salad:

• 1 Cucumber

• 1 onion

• 4 lettuce leaves

• 1 tomato

• 1 piece of green pepper

• 1 piece of feta cheese

• 1 dash of wine vintage

• 1 jet of olive oil

• 1 pinch of oregano

• 1 handful of pitted black olives

How to make Feta Cheese Salad:

We start by gathering all the ingredients on the list. As you will see, the quantities are not very precise, but don’t worry because the idea is that you make the salad to your liking, with more or less of each thing according to your preferences. We will use the lettuce as a base, so calculate about two leaves per guest.

We wash everything and cut the vegetables in the following way: the onion in julienne, the pepper in small squares, the tomato in wedges and the feta cheese, in case you have not already bought it in cubes, chop it into cubes. The olives can be left whole. To make the vinaigrette, mix the vinegar with the oil and add oregano. There is no need to include any salt in the recipe because feta already has enough of it.

Finally we mix everything and bathe the summer salad with the vinaigrette. Remember that we will leave the lettuce as a base to place our salad with feta cheese on top. Enjoy this fresh dish.
