Salad Recipe with American Wheat and Tuna

• 1 lemon unit

• 5 mint leaves

• 30 milliliters of olive oil

• 1 pinch of pepper

How to make American Wheat Tuna Salad:

Before making this fresh salad, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready. In a bowl add the American wheat and 100 ml of warm water, wait 15 minutes until the wheat is completely hydrated.
