How to make Salad to accompany meats:
We roast in the oven, wrapped in aluminum, the tomatoes, aborigines and bell peppers. Once cooked, let cool and cut into cubes, it is made as a puree, not very cold, and then finally add the garlic, salt, ground chili, oil and some chopped basil leaves.
