Ingredients to make SAILOR MACARONI:
- 400 grams of macaroni.
- 500 grams of prawns.
- 12 razors.
- 200 grams of clams.
- 200 grams of peeled prawns.
- 200 grams of squid legs.
- 200 grams of whiting tails-
- One onion.
- Four garlic cloves.
- Fried tomato (can be purchased)
- Olive oil.
- White wine.
- Parsley

How to make SAILOR MACARONI:
- Make a mince with the onion, garlic, parsley, salt and wine
- In a saucepan we put the oil and add the clams, the peeled prawns, the squid legs, the razors and the whiting tails to which we add the picada.
- Let cook a little and immediately add the water -always trying to be three times the volume of the macaroni-, cook for approximately 10 minutes.
- Then in paella we pour what was previously done and put it on the fire.
- When it starts to boil, add the macaroni and fried tomato -to taste-, stir with a wooden spatula and let it cook until the macaroni is well cooked.
- If we are not sure of the broth we need, we can keep it in a saucepan that is always hot.
- When we calculate five minutes before setting aside, we place the prawns, we rest a little.
