Saffron Vinaigrette Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Saffron Vinaigrette Salad:

• 50 grams duck ham

• 1/2 cucumber

• 1 tomato

• 1 curly lettuce

• 100 grams water cress

• Cooked corn

• 4 mushrooms

Vinaigrette:

• 6 tbsp. Of olive oil

• 2 tbsp. of wine vinegar

• 6 threads of saffron

• 1 minced garlic clove

• Salt

How to make Saffron Vinaigrette Salad:

We start by cleaning all the ingredients well. Place the lettuce leaves on the plate in a circle. Cut a tomato into wedges and place the lettuce on top.

In the center we place a handful of watercress. Separately, fillet some mushrooms and cut the cucumber into slices. We put everything on the tomato. We cover everything with the corn kernels.

Then, we make the vinaigrette and with it we sprinkle the salad. Finally, we place the duck ham making rolls with the slices and serve. The originality of this vinaigrette that accompanies the dish lies in adding a few strands of saffron to it, which provides aroma, flavor and color.
