• 600 grams of potato
• 4 eggs
• 75 grams of stuffed pitted olives
• 150 grams of Carrot
• 3 cans of prickly pear in oil

• 1 liter of water
• 1 handful of frozen peas
• 250 grams of Mayonnaise
• Roasted red peppers (optional)
• Cooked green beans (optional)
• Lettuce leaves (optional)
How to make Russian salad with Thermo mix:
The first thing to do to prepare this Russian salad with Thermo mix is to peel the carrots, wash them well, put them in the bowl of the appliance and chop them for 5 seconds at speed 5. Next, put them in the aroma container together with the peeled potatoes, add salt and book. Next, put the eggs in the basket of the Thermo mix and reserve.
Then pour a liter of water into the glass of the Thermo mix with the potatoes and carrots and program it for 10 minutes at aroma temperature and speed 2.
