- 400g macaroni el gallo
- 1 leek
- 1 zucchini
- 1 green pepper
- 1 celery
- 250 g of natural tomato
- 200g of chorizo
- Olive oil and salt.
- 100g grated cheese
How to make Rosina and her macaroons:
- The first thing we have to boil the macaroni with water and salt and a tablespoon of oil so that they do not stick, we cook them according to the package that they indicate, we drain them and reserve,
- Separately, in a saucepan, we put the vegetables that we have cut into small pieces and cleaned, we cook them for 10 minutes and add the tomato or we continue for 5 more minutes, we separate and grind everything and we put them on top of the macaroni that we have put on a tray to the oven
- Then we fry the chorizo for a few minutes and add it too, put the cheese and gratin them for 5 minutes, and serve
