Ingredients to make Rose Petal Salad:
• 1/4 cup of rosewater.
• 1/4 cup of honey.
• 1/4 cup lemon juice.
• 1/2 dozen roses of different colors.
• 1/2 cup chopped ground walnuts (preferably the thin-shelled walnut)
• 3 stalks of celery in transverse cuts do not chop it; make the slices very thin and skewed.
How to make Rose Petal Salad:
In a small bowl, combine rosewater, honey, and lemon juice. Remove the petals from 3 of the roses and cut them into thirds.
In a bowl stir the petals, walnut and celery. Add the dressing. Decorate the plates with the rest of the petals, preferably white to your liking; put a green motif in the background and serve.
