Ingredients to make Roquefort Entrecote:
- 1 Eggplant
- 1 zucchini
- 4 potatoes
- 1 Bottle of liquid cream for cooking
- 125 grams of Roquefort cheese
- 1 Entrecote of 300 grams
How to make Roquefort Entrecote:
- We prepare all the ingredients that we are going to use
- Wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges and the vegetables into slices.
- We put the vegetables on the grill.
- In a pot we put the butter to melt.
- When the butter is melted, add the Roquefort and melt it, followed by the cream and salt.
- When the sauce is ready, we put the entrecote on the grill and do it to taste, well done or to the point.
- Plate the vegetables and potatoes and sprinkle them with green sauce (parsley garlic).
- And the entrecote, at this moment is when we will salt the meat but with coarse salt.
- Add the very hot Roquefort sauce and serve
