Roquefort Entrecote recipe

Ingredients to make Roquefort Entrecote:

  • 1 Eggplant
  • 1 zucchini
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 Bottle of liquid cream for cooking
  • 125 grams of Roquefort cheese
  • 1 Entrecote of 300 grams

How to make Roquefort Entrecote:

  1. We prepare all the ingredients that we are going to use
  2. Wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges and the vegetables into slices.
  3. We put the vegetables on the grill.
  4. In a pot we put the butter to melt.
  5. When the butter is melted, add the Roquefort and melt it, followed by the cream and salt.
  6. When the sauce is ready, we put the entrecote on the grill and do it to taste, well done or to the point.
  7. Plate the vegetables and potatoes and sprinkle them with green sauce (parsley garlic).
  8. And the entrecote, at this moment is when we will salt the meat but with coarse salt.
  9. Add the very hot Roquefort sauce and serve
