Roquefort Butter Recipe

Ingredients to make Roquefort Butter:

  • 500 grams of Butter
  • 150 grams of Roquefort cheese
  • 200 grams of Laurel powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Roquefort Butter:

1.To start making our Roquefort flavored butter, the first step is to pre-list all the ingredients.

2.With the help of a spoon, soften the butter until it is soft, add the bay leaf little by little and mix well all the ingredients of this blue cheese delight.

3.Add the Roquefort cheese or blue cheese in medium squares and mix with the softened butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients well until well distributed.

4.Transfer the Roquefort butter to a plastic mold and shape it with the help of a tablespoon. Once it is all there, take it to the fridge or refrigerator for approximately one or two hours.
