Roquefort and apple salad recipe

• 50 grams of iceberg lettuce

• 1 pinch of salt

• 15 grams of pomegranate

How to make Roquefort and Apple Salad:

We gather all the ingredients to prepare the blue cheese and apple salad.

With the help of a metal ring, we put a base of lettuce (already cut) on a flat plate. We can add a pinch of salt. Peel the apple, remove the core and cut it into slices.

Arrange several apple slices on the lettuce and press. If you don’t have the metal ring for plating, don’t worry, just distributing all the ingredients will be enough.
