Roman punch

Ingredients to make Roman Punch:

  • 1 liter of pineapple ice cream
  • 1 bottle of Champagne
  • 1 bottle of white wine

How to make Roman Punch:

  1. Defrost the pineapple ice cream without making it completely liquid. Take a large bowl and pour the champagne and white wine. Depending on the number of diners and the amount of punch you want to obtain, you can add whole or half bottles. Likewise, you can also play with the amount of wine and adapt it to your tastes. You can, for example, use the entire bottle of champagne and a half of white wine.
  2. Add the thawed pineapple ice cream, mix well and reserve the bowl in the refrigerator for an hour or two.
  3. Serve the Roman punch very cold. This Chilean drink is typical of Christmas parties, it is rich and very refreshing.
