Ingredients to make Roman noodles:
- 200 grams of noodles
- 200 grams of tomatoes
- 3 oil tablespoons
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Roman noodles:
- Finely chop the parsley, garlic and tomatoes, removing the seeds.
- Put everything in a casserole with oil, season with salt and pepper and let it cook.
- The noodles are put into a pot when the water is boiling with salt and left to cook until they are cooked and the water is drained.
- Leave the noodles in the casserole and add the sauce on top, stir well and serve.
