Roman Noodles Recipe

Ingredients to make Roman noodles:

  1. 200 grams of noodles
  2. 200 grams of tomatoes
  3. 3 oil tablespoons
  4. 1 sprig of parsley
  5. 1 pinch of pepper
  6. 2 garlic cloves
  7. 1 pinch of salt

How to make Roman noodles:

  • Finely chop the parsley, garlic and tomatoes, removing the seeds.
  • Put everything in a casserole with oil, season with salt and pepper and let it cook.
  • The noodles are put into a pot when the water is boiling with salt and left to cook until they are cooked and the water is drained.
  • Leave the noodles in the casserole and add the sauce on top, stir well and serve.
