Roasted Vegetable Tart Recipe

Ingredients to make Roasted Vegetable Tart:

  • 1 sheet of short crust pastry
  • 1 unit of Zucchini or Zucchini
  • 1 unit of Eggplant
  • 100 grams of cooked ham
  • 200 grams of cream cheese
  • 100 grams of semi-cured cheese
  • Mustard
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 1 unit of Egg

How to make Roasted Vegetable Tart:

1.The first step will be to roast the vegetables in a traditional way. To do this, cut everything into thin slices and place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Sprinkle salt, oil, a little finely chopped garlic and cook for 20 minutes at 180ºC.

2.Meanwhile, stretch the short crust pastry over a removable tart pan. Remember to check the manufacturer’s instructions, as some dough’s need to be made a little earlier.

3.Cover the base with mustard and place the roasted vegetables alternating with the ham and pieces of cheese. Go making layers until all the ingredients are finished.

4.Separately, beat the egg with the cream cheese, add salt and a pinch of black pepper or all the flavorings you want. Pour this mixture over the layers of vegetables and tap the mold a few times so that it pours everywhere.

5.Finally, take the vegetable cake to the oven and cook for 20-30 minutes at 190ºC. Monitor the cooking and remove when you see that it has browned enough.
